At Carter's Crumble, we keep it simple: real fruit, real butter, and real ingredients you can actually pronounce. Each tray is handmade in small batches, using local produce and Canadian oats. It's the kind of dessert you can eat after dinner… or for breakfast (we all do it).

Crumble is for the people who don't need a fancy pastry or a fussy dessert — just something honest, delicious, and made with care. It's a bite of comfort you can share, or keep all to yourself.

I started Carter's Crumble in the summer of 2025 with one simple idea: to bring people together over something warm, homemade, and real. I've always loved crumble, but noticed you really can't buy it anywhere. So I figured that I would just I have to be the first. I wanted a dessert that's a blend of whole, real ingredients but still indulgent enough to feel like a treat.

I didn't have a fancy plan (or even proper signs at my first market), but I had a tray of crumble, a table, and a lot of heart (& amazing parents). And somehow… we sold out. Every single week after that.

Crumble has a special kind of magic. It's nostalgic, simple, and made with ingredients you can actually recognize. My goal was to create a dessert for the people who don't want cupcake or cookie — just something with a bit more substance.

Everything I make is baked in small batches, using Canadian fruit, local ingredients, and a whole lot of care. What started as a "let's see how it goes" has turned into something that connects people through stories, shared memories, and a love for dessert that feels like home.

Carter's Crumble is more than a bakery. It's a reminder that the world needs a little more comfort, community, and joy… one crumble at a time.
